How long does a RTT session take?
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, we ask you block of a full 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed...
What does it feel like?
The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like - it’s working. I promise.
What if I can’t control myself during hypnosis, hypnosis is scary?
Hypnosis doesn’t take over your brain. Hypnotic trance is a completely natural state of inward focus. It is similar to the experience of the flow state, like being totally absorbed while watching a movie. The critical, chattering mind is bypassed, we can access beliefs formed many years ago. Whatever you see you will be reviewing it, and you don’t need to share with me anything you’re uncomfortable with, the most important thing is for you to understand what happened and why you have this belief. You can use different words others than hypnosis when you talk about RTT. For example, rewiring, upgrading your thinking, upgrading your software, upgrading your internal hardware, visioning, meditating.
Will it take a long time and a lot of money to get results with therapy?
Because RTT works with the depth of our subconscious mind new beliefs are able to take roots. Typically in just 1-3 sessions. Positive suggestions like seeds are planted in the subconscious mind. RTT is a faster type of therapy.
What if the results don’t last, will I have to pay for a session every time I need the relief?
With a session, you get your personal hypnosis recording that helps to create lasting change. And you can listen to it anytime you need. The recording lays down pathways or connections between neurons. As new pathways are strengthened, new behaviors become second nature. The recording is customized just for you, I use words that resonate with you. You listen to it for 21 days. It’s scientifically proven to form a new habit.
How does it work?

It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!
Why would I pay for the recording if I can easily buy a similar one online?
The recording is personalized and it addressed the root cause of your issue. Think about a dental retainer. You can buy one in the shop, but wouldn’t you want it to be made specifically for you and your needs? The same works with the recording. You can buy one, but with a session you get a personalized recording, that is made for your particular problem and speaks your language so your subconscious mind can integrate information even faster.
What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. What if I don’t like to talk about or explore my feelings
Your feelings are the most real thing you have. Your feelings are like the classroom full of children. They are going: “Listen to me, me, me. Acknowledge me!” When you ignore them, they don’t go away, they regroup, they get stronger. They come back and say: “Listen to me, listen to me…” If you push them down again, they come back again. Most people push their feeling away with food, alcohol, any kind of addiction. But the feelings come back. Until you allow yourself to talk about it and feel the feeling. Only when the feeling is heard and acknowledged it goes away.
What if I don’t want to share what I see during the session
If the scene comes up and you don’t want to share it with me, you don’t have to tell me what the thing is as long as you can understand how it affected you.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different:
i. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.
ii. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
iii. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
I belong to a small percentage who cannot be hypnotized
Hypnosis is a natural state, everyone is hypnotized. When you get in the car and drive on autopilot, you’re hypnotized, when you are watching television and get so involved in it, you jump from a loud noise, then you’re hypnotized. We go into hypnosis all the time, but some people have this preconception that hypnosis is a state of sleep. But the depth of trance has nothing to do with results. You can get amazing results in a light, aware state. Hypnosis isn’t what you have seen on TV when you are not aware of what is happening or don’t remember anything after. Hypnosis is about one thing: being suggestible, accepting a suggestion. And if you are giving yourself a suggestion that you’re not hypnotizable, you are accepting that suggestion, you can turn this suggestion off or turn it around. This what hypnosis is. It’s about accepting the suggestion.
